Carrabelle Charters (formerly Capital City Dive & Fishing Charters) is committed to providing a variety of charter services designed to meet the differing desires, needs and abilities of all its customers. Quality and assurance are provided within a framework of responsibility and safety.

Company Profile:
Captain Kamen Miller started Capital City Dive & Fishing Charters, L.L.C. in 2000. The starting of this company was a logical progression in his ever increasing passion and training for water related activities. Kamen is the President of a local Dive Club, The North Florida Psycho Divers, and is a Dive Master with the following certifications-Nitrox, Deep Diver,Navigation,Boat Diver,Wreck Diver, Stress & Rescue and Dan O2,. As you might assume, Instructor Certification is expected in the very near future. Captain Miller is a Licensed Coast Guard Master Captain.  He has a Law Enforcement background and training as well as many years experience in the automotive industry. Captain Miller is a native of Kirkland, Washington and has been a resident of Florida since 1987.
